Poor customer service by Vodacom in rural Free State.

For about the last 3 months Vodacom in Zastron, Rouxville and Smithfield have been very erratic. Then it is on for a day or two and then off again for a few days. Rouxville has been hit the hardest. In the past 3 months Vodacom was operational for about 1 week in Rouxville. Businesses are suffering the most. MTN and CELL C and Telkom works perfectly. Does Vodacom care about the rural customers. If Vodacom keep on with this poor customer service, they will have no customers left in the near future.
