Poor customer service
Vodacom kolonnade has poor service I got to there wanting to claim my insurance and to do a Sim swap I was told that they are offline and insurance department is not working today I left the store went to Vodacom 4u and got assistance from there I am sure going to close my account and I will never refer any one to any Vodacom store big up to the specific franchise that assisted me with my Sim swap ,Zillie Geel
