Poor customer service and technical support

Absolutely poor service from customer support. Took out a 100Mb FPS home internet contract late last year. Had problems with speed and connection since. The router was changed at a point and helped for a few days. Several calls to customer service were of no use. They open a case and just close it 2 days later with no call back or response. The technical expertise of the staff is poor. They read off a manual parrot fashion and they all just do the same thing that didn't help the last time. Sync the line and reset the number profile. Emails don't get responded to either. Eventually got help from another company who has identified my problem. What you get for being a customer for 28 years.
