POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE DELIVERY

I have been experiencing connection problems with my vodacom Fibre since Sunday, I called several time where they were busy rebooting the router several times with no positive resolution... After I told the consultant that I will cancel my subscription only she logged a technician call but the technician never came or contacted me until today... We work from home so it mean that we have not been able to work since yesterday and this is not welcomed well by our clients and employers.... Vodacom is honestly is trying to get us out of our employments... WORST SERVICE EVER

No consultant contacted me instead I called again and the consultant told me that the problem is not of Vodacom but frogfoot so she cannot do anything further.... I pay vodacom not frogfoot this is disgusting service from vodacom and its employees
