Poor customer service and poor communication unwelcoming face

I was at vodacom Greystone Rustenburg today service was very bad the guy who was supposed to help me was not doing anything counter number 7 but as soon as he realized that he needed to assist me he made it looks like he is busy

I end up living the shop without being helped
