Poor customer service and Poor communication
The LTE service is bad and the customer service is worst. When you enter into a contract with them, they enter the incorrect information on the system and then blame the customer. There is never a resolution with them. Very poor customer service.

19 Feb 2026, 09:06I keep receiving customer consultant that don't help and the management is not helpful. I will continue to blame me and not assist. Please don't bother. Months on end with no assistance. Im done.
