Poor customer service and loss of cellphone

Hello,

My name is Leonard and would like to lodge a poor service complaint against Vodashop in Mmabatho. Back on 19 March 2019 I took my S6 EDGE Plus phone for battery replacement. Upon collection after three weeks around first in April I found my screen damaged.

Then the store manager said they will repair. They had my phone from April until 22 July 2019 when I decided to collect it and still it's not repaired.

This is poor customer service and poor management from Vodacom Mmabatho store as am now without a cellphone because of this. I don't recommend anyone to do service with them anymore.
