Poor customer service and Feedback

On Monday (01-08-2016) I took out 2 new contracts on Vodacom online. The applications where successfull and was told to expect delivery before Friday. Today is friday and nothing has arrived. I called your after sales number on ********** and they refered me to ********** 4 as apparently the applications where done on a new system. I cannot get through to anybody on ********** 4. The call drop the moment the agent answers regardless if i am calling from my Vodacom phone or fixed line. Why can nobody help? Taking out the contract is easy, after that its a nightmare.

A consultant did call and indicated that there is delay by your confirmations department. This delay should have been communicated when the application was made. This was taken out as gift for somebody. Don't advertise next day delivery if you can't deliver. False advertising. I will most likely not receive it by Monday by which time it will be too late as a gift. Teach your sales staff about communicating delays to customers as leaving customers to waiting indefinitely is rather irritating. On a previous occasion, I wait over a month for a data contract. I eventually cancelled the application and took one with Telkom, and yes, you did have stock. Please ask your confirmations department to call so I can confirm cancellation of the two new contracts. Come October, I will move both my existing lines to another operator. That's 5 lines that you could have had.
