Poor customer service and feedback
I will never go back to Vodacom after my complaints fell on deaf ears.once my 2 contracts are over I will take my contracts with either MTN or telkom.you guys really showed me you only care about money and as long as I'm stuck to your contract you will debit me and absolutely no customer feedback.watch me as I start cancelling my first contract after it expires.the next one will follow along with my family members.

03 Feb 2021, 15:52This was never dealt with.you guys are pathetic.no calls..you just go to the previous query and close it you are bunch of useless lazy workers who just come to work to get paid.all your customers will leave you and you will end up not having a job.at least have the decency of calling a customer and explaining the situation to them on the phone.this is not very friendly feedback to keep sending me the same answer that my query was dealt with.even if it was a negative feedback I would know you tried.not calling me back makes me believe you are hoping I get tired and eventually stop bothering you.when I decide to cancel you will not get me as a customer forever thereby lose profits for your company.very soon that will add up to retenchments.
