Poor Customer Service and Communication
Disgusting customer service‼️ Poor Communication or taking ownership of issue at hand!!! Been trying to upgrade my one contract since Dec! 3 orders on line failed... Ram delivery issue.... then went in to Key West Vodacom last Wed to order again... person checked ... yes they have stock should have it Fri... Yesterday i had to call... a week later.... no Communication... jst to be told they dont have the phone i ordred... this is ridiculous.... is Vodacom in trouble??? Do you need Training in Communication and Customer Care?!
