Poor customer service

I was at Vodacom repair center in Menlyn to collect my tablet that I claimed from the insurance. The lady who was assisting had an attitude. As a result she did not register my new tablet with Vodacom insurance instead asked me to do that and she left me standing there. So here I am with a ta let that is not insured cos I'm still at work and doesn't have time to call the insurance
