Poor Customer Service

I have requested an upgrade telephonically on 28 July 2016. The mans name was Brinley that assisted me.

I was informed that the phone will take 3 – 5 working days.

It’s been 10 working days and I still don’t have my phone.

I tried phoning the upgrades division on Wednesday 10 August, NO ANSWER

I chatted to someone on Online Chat and the woman said she will get Brinley to call me back.

He never called back.

When I phoned today, the lady that assisted me said my order was sent to the communications department, but with all the backlog, my order expired and they just cancelled it. Nobody informed me of this, apologised or gave me a courtesy call.
I had to do the whole upgrade process all over again and have to wait again 3 - 5 working days. Well that is if it will take as long as they say.

I was an Autopage client, and was thrilled to move over to Vodacom because Autopage had poor customer service.

But now I receive the same bad service from Vodacom . This is unacceptable.

I have been a client since 1999, 17 years and I should think I should receive exceptional service. Actually every client should be treated the same way.

If someone contacts me, send me an email or contact me on **********
