Poor Customer Service
After my complaint earlier in April 2021, Vodacom has still not provided me with the sales/upgrades call that took place on 01 April 2021. Nor has any representative bothered to phone me back, I have also sent several emails to their customer-care email address. I have still not received the smar****ch that was promised to come with the phone upgrade.
