Poor Customer Service
Promised to pick up the device, no proper arrangements made, courier shows up when the customer isn't around, no follow-ups for 3 weeks? Month-end and I'm about to be billed, cannot get in contact with the agent?
Come on Vodacom! Pathetic service and definitely do not want to continue with you guys for the next 2 years! Please fetch your device which I was misled about! Get the agent to contact me asap!!!
