Poor customer service

<p>Ridiculous and very poor vodacom customer care service! I want vodacom to contact me with somebody that will be able to assist efficiently, every time I phone I have to be helped by someone it takes 20 min to realise that they can't help me. Then I'm put on hold . Until I give up on waiting, I find this service poor and useless. The staff I've spoken to are not able to assist and it is frustrating. </p>
