Poor customer service

Hi firstly I would like to say I am happy with Vodacom as a service provider but not there customer service I have been a contract user for 2 years now and I had issues due to my previous arrangements with Vodacom and the debit dates when I get paid over a weekend or holiday when it was time for my upgrade I proceeded as I was assured by the sales consultant even with my debit issues I could receive my upgrade and struggled to get the stock firstly within the time he mentioned and proceeded to another store as the consultant I dealt with assured me( bear in mind not the same one I placed the order with) I would be able to get service at another branch which I then went out the way to go to but would of gotten a new phone so it was worth it as my current device had been improperly repaired and not checked which I still am using due to the nature of my work in its damaged state, then going through the whole process the consultant at this branch says something different and well I'm a little peeved off and want to cancel my contract but decide against it due to my circumstances due to my wife leaving her job due to pregnancy. So I get a notification my contract is nearly at its end and I should go to my nearest branch and this is where I decide to give them another try and proceed to my nearest branch and there once again I'm met with the same scenario I have the actual device in my hands and due to some fiancial hiccup I get told I need to submit like I'm applying for a new contract nearly with bank statements and the consultant assures me negative or positive she will contact me again within 5 working days and I shouldn't worry 3 weeks later and 7 calls to them numerous messages and no response I decide to make the effort and go to the store and find out can this consultant really ignore a customer this long, kinda peeved I get there and proceed to sit down and wait my turn I finally see the consultant she seems to recall my face but no apology or a offer that I wait to see her and I decide I will see another consultant who tells me I must wait another month and I mention to him I'm pretty upset but I will wait and fortunately I am starting a new job so I can finally book my phone in for repairs. Pretty sure this lengthy complaint is not gonna be seen to but for what it's worth consultants should be persistent and take pride in there work and that includes following up with a client I myself work in I.T and deal with clients and make a point of providing feedback and reassurance. Have much love for my network but seriously feel to cancel my subscription because of all of this disappointments by the consultants and not the service from my provider
