poor customer service

Good Day. I recently took out a contract with you guys and am quite dissappointed. In my eyes all I see is that your sales agents are interested in making sales and nothing about customer service. i took out a laptop contract and to my understanding everything is supposed to be loaded on to this laptop but to my surprise i had a warning or notification that my office would be deactivated in 5 days. Firstly, the reason a person would take a contract is purely because it proves to be cost effective and no additional things would need to be bought. when i called the store they told me that unfortunately if there is no software in the box i would need to buy it and install it myself. NOW WHY THE HELL, was i not told that in the first place, SECONDLY, no where in your promo does it say that you would need to buy your own software. BECAUSE CLEARLY, you would not make any sales if that was the case, so in my head this is complete false advertising. Moving on, when i checked the box i had a voucher to the value of R500 which makes no sense if the software is R1500 and is sold out everywhere.

I would not have taken this contract had i known that i was responsible for the software, i took a contract knowing everything will be loaded on it. This needs to be sorted.
