Poor Customer service

Very poor customer service. I called yesterday and spoke to Racheal she was not polite and didn't seem interested in assisting me. When i asked to speak to a supervisor she said they dont have supervision. She also said she is not allowed to give me her surname nor a reference for the call. I hung up and called back got assistance from a lady called Beth who informed me Rachael had given me wrong info. Im still waiting for a call back from a supervisor and can't seem to get through to customer service today!
