Poor Customer Service

My wife had to wait for 15minutes just to get someone to help her set up her iphone and caller ID at the store. She was eventually assisted by a guy name Garth who had such a condescending attitude like he was doing us all a massive favour. Garth it seems is fond of playing video games whilst 10 other customers were queing for assistance. He only acknowledge their existence when he was done playing. We dont need people like this in a customer servicing environment. At best he should be warned at worse he should be fired
