Poor customer service

Tried to upgrade, was told they dont have stock of phone at Lakeside mall branch. Got called to say they received stock but dont have the deal I want anymore. This after Koetsie told me deals are for remainder of the month. I was told I need to call customer care as store cannot help me. When I call customer care they cannot help me either. If the signal isn't bad enough, the customer service is also deteriorating.
