Poor customer service
I have a friend who finished paying his phone contact with Vodacom but they are still deducting and also have closed off his phone so that it doesn’t do anything and apparently they say that they are busy investigating that it’s his number so what kinda of business is this and how can people trust you that when they finished paying their contract y’all won’t stop deducting?? His number is *** thats being closed by Vodacom

05 Oct 2023, 10:17But tell me why did first place close off their phone and then now y’all saying that you are investigating if it’s him and it’s at the forensic, what’s the reason for the forensic if they finished paying the contract so what’s are the reasons for closing and then when he calls he gets a response saying that he should take another phone but in the first place they finished paying off so why close their phone what’s the reason?? Ain’t that bad customer service forcing a customer to take another contact by force
