POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I took out a new contract on Friday the 30th of Jan 2015 - it included the Sony Xperia Z3. I used the phone for a week, on Friday the 6th Feb 2015 the phones screen went black & I couldn't use it any longer.
I returned it to the store, they said they would try to get it fixed under the out of box failure (OBF) warranty. I was then called by the repair center to say that it cant be fixed under the OBF, & they had sent the phone back to the 4U shop. The 4U shop called & asked what i wanted to do. I rep**** i was under the impression there is a 2 year warranty. Eventually they sent it back to the repair center. The 4U shop called again to say that there would now be costs involved. After a long fight, it was agreed that the phone was under warranty and it was repaired. I received the phone back on 25th of March, after it had been returned to the 4U shop on the 10th of March (Job no:***8) - nobody called me.
The same day I received the phone, the back glass unfortunately cracked. This didn't effect the operation in any way. Now the front screen has failed again. I sent it in (Job no: ***7) and they are saying because the back is cracked I have to pay for repair.
