Poor customer service
Some guy called me claiming that he is frm vodacom and upgraded my account without my consent and he ordered apple phone.i called vodacom and I was told different stories some saying it was cancelled others saying different story.i went to vodacom shop and I was told that the order is not cancelled after making so many calls .so m very dissapointed with the service I got from vodacom team
