Poor customer service

Good day

My name is Sthembile Keswa,I would like to complain about the bad service that I always recieved when it's comes to the customer service that I always recieve from my service provider which is Vodacom.

The agents are very unskilled and they cannot provide good service,I have to call more than 5 times to receive service . I have being waiting for the call from the team leader it's over 3 months now .

Can you kindly assist me by changing my network provider I cannot be able to get poor service Please put me on a different provider.
