Poor Customer Service

It is easier to pass a problem from one person to another or from one department to another … no customer service received. My dad was contacted by a sales consultant and believed he was doing an upgrade. He then received a parcel from Vodacom and realised it was a new contract. (not an upgrade) He called Vodacom back and explained this error and Vodacom sent a courier to collect and said a credit will be passed. A consumer may within 10 business days after delivery return the goods to the supplier for a full refund, where: Goods were delivered as a result of a transaction entered into because of direct marketing and the consumer has exercised his right to cancel the agreement without reason or penalty during the cooling-off period. We are still waiting for this credit to be passed. In the mean time you increased the debit order amount and since said we would be credited for that amount too. You keep deducting money *******ly so have since stopped Debit Orders, but now no one will take responsibility and actually help resolve this problem. I need to speak to someone who can resolve this problem as everyone we deal with cannot give us an answer, and says its not their department. I do not want to speak to another call centre agent and i do not want another reference number. So may the correct Manager contact me to discuss and fix problem please.
