POOR Customer Service

As per my latest upgrade, I'm supposed to receive 2Gig of data at the beginning of every month. I check my balances at the first of each month and I'm not receiving what was agreed upon. I actually phoned to cancel my contract with Vodacom as their data process are the highest of all the service providers. Unfortunately for me, the lady that I spoke to at the cancellations department is very good at her job and she successfully sold me an upgrade. I pay a lot of money for data which I'm not receiving and I need to buy additional top up bundles during the course of the month because I'm not getting what I was promised. I am being overcharged, as the amount for the supposed 2Gig per month was only to be R499.00. I pay more than R700.00 per month and I only get a pathetic 500MB each month.

My first request was a phone call to the "Customer Services" department to find out why I'm being overcharged as I did not agree to the amount, this was in August 2017. I made a complaint on the Facebook page, after a month and a half of constantly requesting feedback my query is still not resolved. The only feedback I receive is that my query is awaiting feedback from the relevant department. Do you really call that feedback??

You provide an estimated turn around time on feedback of 3 - 5 working days, which is also a lie.... If you don't know what to tell your clients, tell them just that you don't know. In stead, you keep them hanging with responses that are meaningless.

I have been waiting four months.... Yes, FOUR MONTHS for someone to listen to the call and NO ONE can provide me with feedback? I have been a loyal Vodacom client for more than 10 years now. Is this really the way to show your gratitude for loyalty?? Phoning in didn't work, Facebook didn't work...

I guess the only way to get you to pay attention will be to phone the bank every month and reverse your debit order and take back my money... Maybe then I will get someone to actually take me seriously?
