Poor customer service

I reported ***** that was committed using my identity details to take out two cellphone contracts with Vodacom in June 2017. After numerous follow-ups and lengthy conversations with the call centres I was eventually informed that the ***** case has been finalised and I will receive a letter indicating that and also that my name will be removed from the credit bureau. The turn around time for this letter was indicated as two days since the letter was very urgent on my side.

It has been a week and I am yet to hear from Vodacom regarding this letter and I am just about to lose a golden opportunity based on the fact that my name was listed unfairly due to an account I did not take with Vodacom. Can someone who cares at Vodacom look int this and resolve it?

I have been waiting for a consultant to assist me with the inquiry as per Vodacom's message. It is now over a week and NO ONE has ever made contact with me. I have never experience such a POOR service in my entire customer-service provider relations history. Epic proportions
