poor customer service

I placed an order online on Friday the 8th Sep, as an upgrade, and I expected to received the delivery by the 12th Sep. On Monday the 11th I called RAM to follow up on the delivery. RAM advised me that they received an email from Vodacom to return the parcel to the sender the same day I placed an oder, the 8th Sep. I called Vodacom the same day and they said there was no email sent to RAM to return the parcel to them. Vodacom says RAM returned the order simply because they could not get hold of me on the 8th of Sep. I asked if RAM called me and the lady said I didn't asked them to call me. She says they probably just showed up without calling me.

It's either Vodacom is lying to me or RAM is lying to me.

I called Vodacom again today and I was told that I cannot get the parcel this week. They say I will have to place a new order. Even worse, I am told that I can only place this new order next week.

Can somebody please get to the bottoe of this!
