Poor customer service!!

I have just taken my phone in for a screen replacement as my contract is a 24 months contract which states on the description that I have screen insurance on my phone. So now after 13 months into the 24 months contract I need this screen replacement. Now I get the story that my handset only has a 12 month insurance on that specific phone for the screen. So I ask them to draw my contract which reflects screen insurance and contract term 24 months. So I say but nowhere on the contract it states insurance for only 12 month nor did the sales person explain this to me. All I get back is, it is the way it is. The insurance company states I canceled my insurance in 2014 on this specific phone which I only got on the upgrade in 2016. They refer my to the branch to sort it out and the branch refers me to the insurance company to sort it out. I have been waiting for a response from Clearwater's manager as he would have phoned me days ago(this after I had to phone him twice). I am still awaiting him to phone, which I know will not happen as usual. I have been a vodacom customer for 15 years + , I am very dissapointed in the customer service I have received and are seriously considering ending my relationship with vodacom. Then to rub salt into injury, I phone a different cell phone repair shop to enquire about the price of a screen replacement and what it will cost me to do it on my own expense. Vodacom care's invoice is close to R2 400 for a screen replacement while this (well known and trusted) shop invoice is R950. So I have to ask myself, where is treating the customer fairly anywhere in play here? This is what I get back for being a loyal Vodacom customer. Very very dissapointing!!!!
