Poor Customer Service

<p>Hi.</p> <p>I have been trying to get vodacom to come and test the signal at my property for more than 3 weeks now. The first issue was logged on the 3de of May 2017. I have phoned them at least once a week to ask for a time frame, every time i was told " we will find out and let you know".</p> <p> </p> <p>Well I'm still waiting for them to let me know when VODACOM will be here to test the signal at my house.</p> <p>Apparently the consumer is not worth it as VODACOM makes to much money on over priced data and voice ( what I can't use either so by the way).</p> <p> </p> <p>What is my next steps? I can't phone VODACOM anymore as I'm fed up with the same answers over and over from them.</p> <p>Or Will I just cancel my Debit order for all my contracts at them ( this includes tablets, data, work phones, etc.). I dont see the point in paying for something that I cant use.</p> <p>Wonder if Vodacom will start listening to the customers if they stop paying the contract fees due to poor service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well Thanks vodacom for all your empty promises. No voice or Data receiption at my house and have to stand outside in the road just to be able to make and receive phone calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just to clarify, this is in Rustenburg North West. So this is not a small town somewhere out there.</p>
