Poor customer service

This store lacks people being passionate to work. I was assisted by a consultant by the name of Melissa. Wow what amazing enthusiasm she has🤮. She doesn't no how to greet. Doesn't have any info to assist me to start up Im a new customer wanting to open a contract. Complete the form and we will call you back she claims. She made it seem as though she's doing me a massive favour. I love efficiency but there's a manner in which to project this type of behavior. I can only Imagine in my line of work if i had this same behavior, Surely i would be fired
