Poor customer service

Good day,

On the 28 March 2024, at 17:25 I visited Vodacom Jabulani Mall and the store was close but the is trading store sign which is near the store that states that the store closes at 18:00 on Thursday since it was the day which I visited the store. I asked a lady who was getting inside of the store if the store is closed as its not yet close time as pointing to the trading hours and she alluded that the store has every right to close anytime it wishes with an attitude. I requested that can she call her managed who she introduced herself as Winnie Nkosi and she said they closed the store because they preparing for stock taking I than asked why was there notice as per the norm which is normally made visible to all the customers? I state that what she just said is not the same thing as what her colleague Angelica Clark said. Am not sure if we are getting poor service because of the store being based in Soweto or what.
