Poor customer loyalty

Good day. Is there something wrong wity vodacom? I have had a query/ complaint for past 6 months. Not 1 single person took interest in my complaint. Now that i am canceling my contracts you have 5 consultants available to phone me trying to offer me all sorts of deals. I mean if management does not even care about their customers then why should the rest of the company. It just shows where you loyalty lies with customers.
