Poor customer care regarding Sms roaming activation
Poor Customer Care Trying to find out how to activate sms roaming on a prepaid number. Vodacom walk in centre not able to assist and advised to call 082135. This automated call centre is useless. How do one speak to someone to clarify a simple issue. Vodacom website not very helpful
