Poor coverage
Good day,
Vodacom has basically no signal in Glencoe, a town situated in KZN. All the residents are complaining about it. It takes literally 30 seconds to a minute for a call to connect once you press the dial button/icon.
MOST of the time, the call does not even go through to whomever you are calling. One has to whatsapp call the person you want to get hold of.....NO EXAGGERATION
Lots of clients/friends are moving to other service providers. If you would like to lose more customers......then don't respond to this complaint.
