Poor courier choice.

My wife got a contract from vodacom and there isn't really an issue with vodacom themselves. The issue is the courier service Skynet. the delivery was scheduled for yesterday before 14:00 and my wife took off work to receive the package, but she got an sms to say delivery unsuccessful. she called the courier and they said not to worry the package will be delivered, she later got another sms saying the same thing and when she tried calling they did not answer. I suggest using a different courier, because my wife called vodacom today 15th of February and the agent said they are receiving many complaints about Skynet couriers.
