Poor contract cancellation experience

Terrible contract cancellation department. My contract ended in December and I called in countless times to cancel the contract, instead of them sending me the cancellation letter they subscribed me to some bundle without my consent and continue to bill every month. Today I called in and the consultant put me hold without explanation until I hang up.
