Poor confusing service

On the 29th of January I app**** for an iPhone online. The application was immediately approved and I was told that I would receive the device within 5 working days. Fine, I anticipated this 5 days came and left and still no device received. I called Vodacom from my Telkom number to enquire what was going on and apparently the application was still pending, two days later I called again and it was canceled.. Weird, okay I called Vodacom several times and the last consultant I spoke to told me to go to Vodacom the actual shop and ask for a credit vetting from my application on the 29th (the one that was approved). So I went to Vodacom Chatz in Kloof and I signed the papers, happy I was getting the phone but the guy from there told me that he doesn't have stock and it'll 2 days to get stock let alone they needed to delete my existing files because Vodacom was still using my OLD profile from 2018 in 2020..weird right? So I waited and waited and waited and still no phone let alone NO FEEDBACK FROM EITHER. The Ref number for the approved application is ***6 and I unfortunately don't have the new one.
