Poor Competition
Good Day,
I will like to address the issues with Shake Up summer APP. So we all like competitions and to be part of the winning group. But its getting very irritating that when you receive a message stating you won and a text will be sent with regards to the prize... we wait and wait and get no response.
below is the text received:
Congrats! You've won the final puzzle piece towards a Mystery Box ( PRIZE ) MYSTERY PRIZE. The details for your Mystery Box prize will be sent shortly
Please can you look into this since its seems like a waste of time if there is actual no prizes involved.
