Poor communication & not well informed
Their online department consultant are very rude. I got three different answers on one order. someone said the order will be delivered between 2-3 working days. Someone said the order was cancelled. Skynet when i give them the K number they are saying the order is still at Vodacom in dispatch & they know why they haven't receive it. When i phone Vodacom again they can't see any application under my name.
