Poor communication! It’s disgusting…
I recently complained about Vodacom debiting my account and still waiting for someone to contact me and come collect the parcel and my account to be refunded.
I posted on Twitter and the person I’m chatting with asked me if someone contacted me about the collection yesterday and no one did.
They asked for the K number and the address to collect from and boom now I am the one who needs to make arrangements with RAM. I mean🙄🚮
I feel they are the ones who should make the arrangements with RAM and they inform me of when they will collect and refund my account and cancel the DebiCheck as i don’t use their services to make deduct my account.
