Poor Communication
I recently went on to the website to take out a new contract. The S24 is advertised on a promo amount. I then requested a call back and the agent first wanted to sell me the most expensive one and then he tells me the one I want is on an open line and he cannot put it on a top up . I informed him Vodacom should advertise correctly on the website !!! Thought I would join them but due to false advertising they lost a customer !!

24 Jul 2024, 18:18I was contacted earlier today and I was told someone will call me back from the sales department before close of business today to assist me and i am not surprised that i did not receive a callback. The service and delivery is really poor and I am doubting if I should take out a contract with Vodacom due to the lack of service!!!

Your service Olivia Isaac was just as pathetic and you should not be fit to work in the complaints department, you should get a receptionist job!!! Disgusting !!!

Please note you closed the query without my complaint being resolved. You did not have stock of the item, I will lodge a complaint with the directors office.
