Poor Communication

I am dissapointed in the way Vodacom has been treating me the past month, when i opened this contract i was not aware of the pro rata payment that was going to be debited R 133. The debit order date on my invoice showed 2nd of May 2019 so did the automated voice on the 135 call centre number say, if i was aware of any debit that would occur i would of most certainly went and paid it, after all its a petty amount of R 133, and as a result of this i am being barred in activating services on my account ! This contract was activated on the 17th of April, and according to the call centre agent spoken to during the week when i tried logging a dispute told me that within 24 hours after activation a debit order will deduct the pro rata amount, well, this pro rata debit order suddenly only tried to collect on the 25th of April 2019 which to my knowlege is absolutely more than the 24 / 48 hour time frame after the contract was activated, a R 100.88 service fee has been charged onto my bill for the return debit order on which i also changed my banking details to my new bank for future debit orders, as the one on your records previously was not active any longer, this is absolutely uncalled for, now my services has been barred and blocked for any sort of activation that i wanted activated, i logged a dispute on this matter days ago to try and sort this out, but up to today no feedback has been provided. The migration to a SMART S PLAN took place successfully but even when this was in progress i was not informed or warned that i needed to pay R 133 for pro rata activation. Still your systems and agents told me about the debit order which will run on the 2nd of May. For an amount of R 254. 66 that was it ! If i knew that i needed to pay the R 133 i would of went and made a manual payment the very next day or made sure that enough funds was available in my account !! Please take action on this and assist in rectifying this unneccisary ISSUE !
