Poor Communication
To whom this may concern
How can you delivery a router to my home without making contact with me. In the email communication received ti clearly states "Your equipment has been shipped and our courier will get in touch with you shortly regarding delivery" I have already been without internet access for 3 weeks.
Now the courier left and will probably be taking another 2 days to come back to deliver. I've app**** for Fibre and have already been getting the run around from you guys. Please follow up and get my router delivered today.
