Poor communication

I am not satisfied with the communicating of information from vodacom. I was not sure of what phone I wanted, the consultant at vodacom advised that the psmart is a good phone with great features, he also told me about the features. He mentioned that it has a dual sim slot, only to find out later that the handsets sold by vodacom does not support the dual sim functionality. This is unacceptable as these things should be communicated.
