poor clientele protection

I wish to report an ongoing issue I have been experiencing. Whenever I place a call in Zambia, the call is diverted to a different line. I have reason to believe that my calls are being recorded, and an unknown individual answers instead of my intended contact. When I speak to my father via WhatsApp, he informs me that he is still waiting because he has not received a call from me. This indicates a lack of privacy and respect for human rights. Such conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, when making direct calls, there is no assurance of security. Calls are either recorded or redirected to another person, resulting in wasted airtime and financial loss. Only after some time does the line clear and connect to the correct recipient. This situation is occurring in both countries, and it undermines basic standards of service and personal privacy.
