Poor client service. Unresolved issue

i wrote to you a few weeks ago still haven't responded to my review.... anyway Vodacom , you guys are pathetic when it comes to customer service. Your staff clearly does not know what the word warranty means they also do not know how to be ethical and act with integrity. All you guys do is lie to me. I have been with you guys for 12 years and is still in disbelieve as to how you guys have been treating me. Don't even bother to contact me as i do not want to waist my time by speaking to one of your poorly trained staff members who does not know how to speak to people nor will be able to resolve my issue. At this point i feel that i will be opening a case against you for damaging my property
