Poor client service

I was at Vodacom wonderpark and I got there found about 7 staff members and 2 were busy with clients and the rest were free just busy with their phones and others just sitting, we approached the other one only to find that he was still busy and he told us to wait for him till he finish with the current clients and the others just left us sitting and waiting for him. Poor clients service and they don’t even see anything wrong about it
