Poor cellphone reception and poor internet service

Vodacom get your services in order. There is very poor service in the Prince Mshiyeni Memorial Hospital in Umlazi Durban for the last few days. We as doctors can't make calls or receive calls due to poor reception and the internet reception is very slow. This is the second time in few months this is happening. This is really making it hard to receive calls and use the internet for work purposes. All of us who have Vodacom lines are affected. My internet line at home is also superslow despite me being on a high mbps plan. Really ridiculous. I tried contacting customer service but guess what....the automated voice bot can't even help. I only ma aged to get hold of Vodacom customer care by walking to the outskirt of the hospital. In all honesty i should rather cancel all contracts with Vodacom. Please contact me urgently on *** to resolve this matter. I could say to contact me on my cellphone but we have no reception
