Poor Cell phone reception in Fourways

In the Fourways area, particularly Cedar Road, we have battled with poor cell phone reception for years, with some 80% to 90% of calls being dropped before completion, or being partially or totally inaudible and having to repeat the conversation or dial back. Periodically Vodacom phones customers for service comments and after being advised say they will send someone to "investigate" or that they will "escalate" the matter (ironically one of such calls cut half way through). Then the issue goes away for another year. It is no consolation that the other cell companies are just as bad in the Fourways area. Given their billions of income, can we please get a decent service via a new tower or whatever it takes.
